ARCO Metals, Inc began as a precision sheet metal shop. From our humble beginnings punching holes in metal with manual kickpresses, our processes have evolved to include the use of CNC punching and bending technologies. With that machinery, coupled with our expert staff, we can punch and bend your parts with incredible accuracy and precision, the first time, every time.
Punching
Our CNC turret punch press precisely and accurately positions workpieces to continually ±.003'' or better tolerances. Typical workpieces range from .005'' - .187'' thick.

Bending / Forming
With our CNC and manal brakes, we can precisely and accurately bend / form workpieces, holding tolerances ± .005'' or better.

Assembly / Finishing
We can install many different types of fasteners and hardware, including clinch nuts, stadoffs, studs, rivets, nutplates, helical coil thread inserts, etc. Utilizing our approved suppliers, we have access to many special processes, plating and painting vendors, including NADCAP approved vendors.
